- The Art of Power (by Thich Naht Hanh). ‘Turning conventional wisdom on it’s head this reveals about how true power comes from within’. A book from the Father of Western Mindfulness, specifically aimed at working people
- Mindful Work (by David Gelles). ‘How Meditation is changing businesses from the inside out’. This is an interesting review of how organisations in the US are applying mindfulness and the benefits they are reaping.
- Silence (by Thich Naht Hanh). ‘The power of quiet in a world full of noise’. This book demonstrates how mindfulness is the practice that stops internal noise and how this frees ourselves to live more calmly.
