Here you can find some mindfulness practices to support you to practice regularly.
Research has shown that practicing at least 10 minutes a day 5 days a week will offer noticeable benefits. So we encourage you to find ways to incorporate mindfulness into your day. It is good to use the same practices frequently so that you can build up experience with them. Over time this enables you to internalise the practice and it also minimises the distractions associated with using a range of different practices.
